Orders & Delivery

We currently offer delivery through selected couriers throughout the Philippines including DHL, FedEx and selected local carriers. For international shipments depending on size, we may use FedEx, UPS, DHL or airfreight/cargo services.

Before we send out your order, we must have received full payment by your chosen payment method (Currently we accept payments by Paypal including debit and credit cards, Bank Transfer or Bank Deposit).

Local Delivery (Mandaue City, Cebu City and Mactan, Cebu Philippines):

We offer a delivery service to locations within 20km of our factory and charge PHP500. This charge covers packaging and preparation of your order as well as delivery.

Pre-Order items and Orders:

If you are interested in any products from our pre-order range, or, you have seen an item anywhere on our site and would like to order it, please get in touch. Pre-order items are organised by email, we will give a price and shipping charge and a pro-forma invoice. The order must be paid in full by bank transfer or bank deposit before we begin to produce your order. Orders can take up to 8 weeks for fulfilment. Full terms for pre-orders will be made clear before you reserve any items with us..

International Orders not yet available:

International shipping charges are particularly volatile right now, along with customs and duties charges. If you are interested in any of our items and require shipment outside of the Philippines, please get in touch and we will issue a quote for the product and shipping charges. Please note that the duties and taxes on import (when the product arrives in the destination country for delivery) will be the responsibility of the buyer.
