Retention of Data
Retention of Personal Data
Cebu Homecraft will retain your Personal Data only for as long as is necessary for the purposes set out in this privacy policy. We will retain and use your Personal Data to the extent necessary to comply with our legal obligations (for example, if we are required to retain your data to comply with applicable laws or business accounting purposes), resolve disputes, and enforce our legal agreements and polices.
Retention of Usage Data
Cebu Homecraft retains Usage Data for internal analysis and security purposes. Usage Data is generally retained for a shorter period of time (2-3 months) except where we require the data to strengthen or improve the security of our website, troubleshoot functionality issues or we are obliged to retain the data for legal purposes. If we retain data beyond normal requirements, this data is immediately deleted once it has served its purpose.
Retention of Tracking Data
Tracking data is anonymized (personal information identifiers are removed including IP Addresses) and we retain this data for 14 months, after which, the data is permanently deleted.

Your information, including Personal Data, may be transferred to - and maintained on - computers or servers located outside of your country, province or state, or other government jurisdiction where the data protection laws may differ from those from your jurisdiction.
If you are located outside the Philippines, and choose to provide information to us, please note that we transfer the data, including Personal Data, to the Philippines and process it there.

Despite our website not holding financially sensitive information, we still fully encrypt our website with SSL which is an extra assurance that your communications and interactions with our website are private and secure. We ask that you maintain your own good security practices which include but are not limited to:

- Do not use the same password as other accounts you may have access credentials for such as financially sensitive accounts (online banking/finance or your personal email)

Note Concerning deletion of personal data: If you request us to delete your personal information held by us, but you have purchased from us in the past, we will retain your receipt transaction which we are required to do so for accounting and legal purposes. This includes your name, address and email as stated on your receipt. Payment information is retained by our payment processors and for our accounts purposes which is legally required. This data will never be used for any other purpose than the legal and accounting requirements we must comply with.

If you have an order in progress, we will not be able to process your request until your order is completed, or cancelled.
Time-scale Data Deletion
So we can thoroughly ensure your contact details are completely removed from our systems and they are not present in any form other than on receipts we are required to keep for lawful and accounting purposes, please allow up to 7 working days for us to process your request.

These adverts display primarily through google search, for example, you may have searched for "Driftwood Furniture" and followed an advert linked to our website, or, you may have browsed our website and searched for a service elsewhere and google suggests our website since it was of previous interest to you.

Facebook Pixel
Facebook Pixel - provided by Facebook Inc.
Facebook pixel allows user behavior to be tracked by their use of this website, or after they have clicked on a Facebook advertisement. This enables us to measure the effectiveness of our service and ads which we run on Facebook. Facebook Pixel also collects data for Facebook about how the user has interacted on our website such as how long the visitor spent engaged on our site (scrolling or visiting different pages).
